Honoré Gaming stated that the integration aims to enhance player engagement and retention and will be rolled out across its primary markets in French-speaking Africa and Central America. The move comes at a time when the World Cup is set to expand this summer.
According to the firms, the integration of Smartico introduces automated and data-driven customer engagement features, including customizable CRM capabilities and gamification elements, to support operators utilizing the Honoré Gaming platform.
