São Paulo Court Rejects SPRIBE’s Injunction Requests Against Aviator Studio

(AsiaGameHub) –   Aviator Studio has announced another legal win in Brazil, following São Paulo courts’ rejection of additional injunction requests filed by SPRIBE in proceedings directly involving the studio.

The company noted that these latest rulings pertain to the direct legal dispute between Aviator Studio and SPRIBE, separate from previously reported cases involving Foggo Entertainment and Betnacional.

Per Aviator Studio, São Paulo courts ruled in its favor at both judicial stages of the proceedings, declining to grant the urgent measures sought by SPRIBE. The studio said these decisions allow it and its partners to continue operating as the broader AVIATOR trademark dispute moves through the evidentiary phase.

Aviator Studio added that these outcomes contribute to a growing series of courtroom setbacks for SPRIBE in Brazil, with related proceedings ongoing across multiple jurisdictions.
